A developer dictating an instruction to their coding assistant
You say“add Google sign-in, uh, and a dark mode that follows the system”
It's written in CursorAdd Google sign-in and a dark mode that follows the system setting.

Vibe coding

A good prompt is all context. And context is easier said.

At the keyboard, you cut corners. Out loud, you explain the bug, the intent and the constraints, like you would to a teammate. Your coding assistant understands better, and you iterate faster.

Use cases

Voice dictation in your dev workflow

Speedy Flow writes text wherever your cursor is. Here's where it changes your day.

01 · Coding assistants

Complete prompts, dictated in seconds

Hold fn in the Cursor or VS Code chat box, describe what you want, let go. Hesitations disappear and punctuation is added: your assistant gets a clear instruction.

  • Dictation in every app where you can type
  • Change your mind mid-sentence? “no, actually…” is taken into account
You say“in the sign-up form, um, validate the email on the client side, show the error under the field, and disable the button until, no, actually while the request is pending”
Cursor · Chat

In the sign-up form, validate the email on the client side, show the error under the field and disable the button while the request is pending.

02 · Debugging

Explain the bug the way you're living it

What you expected, what's happening, what you've already tried: out loud, it all comes out. Then paste the error message and let Claude or ChatGPT dig in with real context.

  • About five times faster than typing
  • Mix your own language and technical English in the same sentence
You say“so when I reload the page the cart empties, it only happens in production, I already checked the browser cache and the cookies”
Claude

When I reload the page, the cart empties. This only happens in production. I've already checked the browser cache and the cookies.

03 · Technical vocabulary

Your technical terms, spelled right

Library names, internal services, function names, acronyms: add them to the Dictionary and they're written correctly every time you dictate. Fix a word after a dictation and Speedy Flow can remember it for next time.

  • Dictionary included from the free plan
  • Learning from corrections doesn't work in some web or Electron apps: add the word by hand instead
TypeScriptOAuthuseEffectwebhookJSONCI/CD
Slack · #dev

The payment webhook has been returning an empty JSON since we switched to OAuth. I'll look into it after the deploy.

04 · Writing around the code

Specs, tickets, PR descriptions: just say them

Code is only part of the job. Pull request descriptions, tickets, docs, replies in Slack or Linear: dictate them, with one Speed per app to keep the right tone.

  • Speeds: your own style instruction for each app
  • The “Concis” (Concise) Transformation tightens up a wordy text
You say“this PR fixes the pagination on the orders list, we were passing the wrong index, I mean, and I added a test for the last page case”
Pull request description

This PR fixes the pagination on the orders list: the wrong index was being passed. A test now covers the last-page case.

05 · Team rituals

Standups, sprint reviews: the notes write themselves

Speedy Flow transcribes your Zoom, Google Meet, Teams or Slack meetings and writes the summary: progress by topic, decisions, risks and blockers, action items to check off. No bot in the call.

  • “Réunion d'équipe” (Team meeting) and “Brainstorming” templates
  • Export to Markdown, or ask directly: “who's handling the migration?”
Team meeting · Google Meet · 20 min

Sprint review

Risks and blockers
  • Database migration waiting for sign-off [04:30]
Action items
  • Fix the pagination — Yann
  • Prepare the migration script — Léa, Thursday

Why Speedy Flow

Less typing, more coding

Everywhere you type

Cursor, VS Code, Xcode, your browser, Slack: text is written wherever your cursor is.

Nothing to configure

No API key to provide: transcription is included. Install, allow the mic, hold fn.

Your jargon, understood

The Dictionary keeps the exact spelling of your tools, services and acronyms.

Snippets

One keyword, a whole text: your usual review instruction, your ticket template, your address.

Mixed languages, no problem

More than 50 languages detected automatically, even when you switch languages mid-sentence.

No screen reading

Accessibility access is used to type the dictated text. Speedy Flow doesn't read what's on your screen.
