Multilingual meetings: everyone speaks their own language, the notes keep up
French, English, and both in the same meeting: the transcription keeps each language intact, and the summary arrives in the one you choose.

On many teams, a meeting doesn't happen in just one language. You start in French, a partner answers in English, then you switch back to French to make the call. Speedy Flow's meeting notes are built for exactly that.
Two tracks, two voices
Speedy Flow records your voice through the microphone and the other participants' voices straight from your computer's audio, on separate tracks. Each fifteen-second segment is transcribed on its own, and the language is detected every time.
The transcription stays faithful: everyone appears in the language they actually spoke.
A summary in the language of your choice
Once the meeting is over, the summary brings together the decisions, action items and key points. You can then generate it in around fifteen languages, and keep several versions side by side.
- End the meeting from the floating bar.
- Open the Summary tab.
- Pick the language: the summary is rewritten faithfully, names and figures included.
Good to know
If someone mixes two languages in the same sentence, the engine mostly keeps the dominant language of that segment. And without headphones, Speedy Flow spots sentences picked up by both the microphone and the computer, so nothing shows up twice.
